Congratulations on graduating from the Jumpstart Clearwater Training Program! As a graduate, you are eligible to apply for mentor pairing. If approved, your mentor will provide guidance and answer questions as you begin your real estate development career on your project.

Prior to completing this application, you must:

1. Review and sign our Mentee Expectations & Responsibilities document.
2. Complete a Sample Proforma (can be a potential project you are targeting).

PLEASE NOTE: filling out this application does NOT guarantee you a mentor. We will review each application and approve on an individual basis based on your readiness of applicant.
